Authors will present unpublished papers describing theoretical advances, applications, and ideas in the fields of information sciences and systems including: Information Theory, Coding Theory, Image Processing, Communications, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Reinforcement Learning, Optimization, Statistical Inference, Security and Privacy, Networks, Systems & Control, Energy Systems, Deep Learning, and Biological Systems.
Authors will be notified regarding paper acceptance no later than January 11, 2022. Final manuscripts of accepted papers are to be submitted in PDF format no later than January 18, 2022. These are firm deadlines that will permit the distribution of Electronic Proceedings at the Conference.
ACCEPTED PAPERS: Accepted Papers will be allotted 20 minutes (including Q&A) for online presentation and will be reproduced in full (up to six pages) in the conference proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from post-conference distribution (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference by the author of that paper.
If your paper is accepted for publication at CISS, at least one author per paper must be registered at the FULL rate (not student registration rate). A paper must be presented by a registered author of that paper.
Papers should follow IEEE style guidelines using standard IEEE conference templates.

- IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented by the author of that paper at the conference.

- If your paper is accepted to the conference, you must verify that your document meets the requirements of IEEE. The PDF eXpress™ site will open on January 11, 2022 for accepted papers only. You should create an account, use the conference ID 53076X and upload your accepted paper to IEEE PDF eXpress™ prior to final submission.
